I have always loved candles, but never really bought one that I was satisfied with. The scent was either weak or only scented on top, and they never seemed to burn all the way.
I started taking all my left over candles and making new ones. After that I started buying my own wax and molds, making pretty nice candles, the more I experimented, the better my candles became.
I started to bring my candles to work to light them on my desk and people started taking notice to them.
So, from there I started making them for friends and co-workers, I even made a little catalog. Before I knew it I had up to 40 scents and 40 or more different candles. I decided to try and build a web site to put my candles on.
My husband said it was time to create a business name for my company. So I named it in honor of my parent's business they had years ago. They specialized in stained glass and their business was called "Visions In Glass". So, just to thank the ones who have given me so much support, I love you, Ritchie, Mom, Tracy, and Dad, thanks for all your support.
I take pride in every candle I make. Each and every candle is handpoured , which makes every candle unique. All of our candles are made to order, so they are fresh smelling and not sitting on a shelf in some warehouse collecting dust. I use only lead free wicks and just recently came across the LPX German coreless wicks and now all my candles have them. Visions in wax is your source for beautiful handmade candles.
